Blain Athletics is owned and operated by Heather & Kevin Blain, as an El  Paso, TX Based LLC. By using the Services, you agree to our use of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We will not use or share your personal information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

Personal identification information

Blain Athletics collects personal information from Users in a variety of ways to provide the Services, including, personal content when Users visit to the Site, register on the site, and in connection with the Services and other activities we make available on our Site. We use third party payment processing companies engaged by us to process payments in connection with the Services. These third parties have committed to Blain Athletics to process your payment information in a secure, PCI compliant manner. Your information is processed and retained by these third parties and will not be passed on to Blain Athletics. Blain Athletics does not store your payment information in any way.
